ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS AT AC. AY 2023/2024
The accommodation request can be made electronically or directly at the hotel reception. After submitting a duly completed application, you will be placed among the applicants for accommodation. Once payment has been made, you will be assigned a room on a first-come, first-served basis.
The student will submit the following to the hotel front desk by the check-in deadline:
- 2x photo (for ID and contract)
- Confirmation of school attendance
- Copy of ID card, passport (foreigners)

If a student needs accommodation for the last days of September, he/she does not have to pay the full amount for the month of September. A PU student will be charged €16 for 1 night (€18 for a student from another university). The amount will be paid at the hotel reception. If the accommodation is terminated during the semester, the amount paid for accommodation will not be refunded, only if a proof of graduation is presented.
Hotel Lineas reserves the right to change the fees during the year, in case of an increase in the costs associated with the accommodation services.
Payment can be made in cash at the hotel reception, or by bank transfer until 31.8.2023 at the latest. Account No.: 6611023030/1111, IBAN: SK30 1111 000 000 66 1102 3030, BIC: UNCRSKBX, in the message for the recipient indicate: STUDENT_First and Last Name, Variable symbol: indicate your date of birth in the form 01021993. A printed receipt must be presented at check-in. The room will be assigned to the student only after the payment has been made, in case of vacancy.
Hotel LINEAS offers:
- Accommodation in 3-bedded rooms (1x bed, 1x bunk bed) with private bathroom and balcony. In the corridor there is a common kitchen. Electric appliances are not allowed in the room.
- Meals: possibility in the restaurant (breakfast, daily lunch menu, evening menu, pizza)
- Bowling for students from 9,00 €
- WIFI in each room, in the restaurant, in the bowling bar

Instructions when accommodating a student
- A student may check in after 14:00
- The student can only check out in the presence of the housekeeper until 10:00 a.m. on the last paid day, otherwise he/she is obliged to pay the next day
- Any damages are the responsibility of the student staying in the room, the damage fee will be paid at the hotel reception (according to the valid price list)
- The room must be handed over by the student in its original condition in the presence of the housekeeper!
- If the student does not hand over the room in its original condition, he/she will be charged according to the damage caused
- The student cleans the room himself/herself from time to time, as needed
- Hotel Lineas*** recycles waste, separate waste bins are located by the kitchen on each floor
- The housekeeper collects the usual waste every day
- To take out the regular waste, you have to put the bin in front of the door
- If a student brings his/her own bed linen and bedding (pillow, pillow), he/she takes the hotel linen from the room to the housekeeper
- Bed linen is changed 1 x per month
- The floor and toilet are washed by the housekeeper 1 x per week, according to the room schedule. At that time, the student is obliged to give the maid access to the room and pick up things from the ground to wash the floor
- Toilet paper is provided by the students themselves
- During night hours the entrance to the reception is locked for security reasons, the opening hours schedule is posted at the front entrance (from Budovateľská Street)
- Students must show their student ID card on entry
- Visits are allowed from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. by announcing the visit at the hotel reception and only with the consent of the roommates
- It is forbidden for strangers to sleep in the room
- In case of disturbance of the night, the hotel reserves the right to take steps to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
- In the event of extensive damage to the room, this must be reported to the reception and subsequently consulted with the hotel manager
- The hotel manager has the right to enter the room if he/she finds that the hotel rules are being violated and for routine technical checks
